Coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia comes from small growers. It is grown at an altitude of 2200 meters above sea level.

The coffee fruits were harvested there and brought to a place where they were washed and then dried on "african's beds".

When drinking Biri Chereka coffee, you will find flavor notes of black tea and bergamot in the brew.
